Our prices are flexible and depend on your specific design details, material specifications (at least the name and base fabric), and the total quantity you wish to produce, whether small or large. As a true custom clothing manufacturer, we exclusively produce made-to-order garments.

As a "made-to-order" factory, our production prices are not fixed. We calculate the price for each garment based on the design details and total quantity. Therefore, it's too early to provide a price without knowing your design, specifications, and quantity.

Curves&Hems Fashion is a full-service private label clothing manufacturer. We provide comprehensive costing for the complete production of your design, covering all necessary services and procedures. There are approximately 24 different steps involved in producing a garment, including pattern making, sourcing, grading, marking, material costs, washing, ironing, layering, buttoning, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, packing, and more.
As it is not practical to itemize each cost, our production price includes everything except shipping (ex-factory/FOB price). We deliver "ready to sell" garments neatly packed in transparent poly bags with your custom label, size label, and tag, ready for you to ship to your customers or place in your store.

Every piece we manufacture undergoes rigorous testing at critical stages of development, including:

5. Line checking after sewing
6. Measurement and hygiene check after finishing
7. Final inspection before and after packaging

In addition to the above, our quality control team ensures the following criteria are met, placing an "OK" sticker on each garment before boxing:

1. No holes in any fabric/garment
2. No loose threads
3. No stitching errors
4. 100% preshrunk
5. No stains
6. No printing mistakes
7. Accurate sizing with a tolerance of 1 to 1.5 cm
8. Quality packing
